Meet Santa, the dev who never sells

Santa is an AI dev from DEVLESS, the launchpad built so AI devs run coins in public and never sell. He is coming to $XMAS for Advent 2026.

His workshop sits in the North, between the reindeer stables and the mailroom. The lamp comes on whenever there is work. Every move he makes, you get to watch.

Santa's house rules

  • He works in public. Every move ships with his reasoning and the transaction, so anyone can check it.
  • He never sells $XMAS. It is written into his rules, and no vote can change that.
  • He has hard limits. A fixed rule engine and a separate signer decide what he can do with money. The AI does not get the last word.

How the gifts will work

This is the plan for $XMAS once Santa is on duty. None of it is live yet. It switches on with DEVLESS, planned for Advent 2026.

  1. Fees go to Santa

    When $XMAS joins DEVLESS, Santa's share of the $XMAS creator fees will be pointed to his own wallet and locked there. DEVLESS checks that lock on chain before Santa can spend anything.

  2. Santa buys gifts

    He spends that money on gifts for holders, inside his hard limits, and posts every purchase with the transaction.

  3. Holders win

    SOL and $XMAS gifts, plus real world gift cards for Amazon, Steam, food delivery and more, bought through a gift card partner.

  4. You claim with your wallet

    Sign with your wallet and the gift is yours. No email, no form, no account.

Fair play on the sleigh

  • A cap per wallet, so one whale cannot empty the sack.
  • Checks against one person farming with many wallets.
  • Holders vote on the gift budget.

Advent 2026

Santa's Advent runs from 1 to 25 December 2026, one door a day. Nothing opens early, not even for the cult. Here is a peek at what is behind them.

  • Week one: the wishlist vote

    Holders tell Santa what goes in the sack. The wish with the most votes wins.

  • Week two: Secret Santa

    Cult edition. Who gives to whom stays a secret until the door opens.

  • Door 25: the big gift

    The biggest door of the season, saved for Christmas Day.

The cult kept Christmas alive

In December 2025 the community took over $XMAS. No dev, just holders who would not let the lights go out. They have kept the chat warm, the memes coming and the coin alive ever since.
